Characteristics

YoYo is a software device. YoProject and YoViewer will run on any current Mac platform.
YoProject with YoSource or YoCapture needs more horsepower and must be run on a MacPro platform with HD 444 I/O cards, and a 4Gb fibre channel host adapter.
A creative suite may attach two YoYos: one as a source and one to capture. However, if simultaneous sourcing and capturing is not an issue then a single YoYo can perform either task.

The software consists of four main elements, YoProject, YoViewer, YoSource and YoCapture.
 
*YoYo can be added to any Revolution system to work in Resolution independence with the PCIe option or any Revolution or PiXi using serial HDSDi. When working in HDSDi YoYo can source up to 2K data and resize 'on the fly' to HD 444, the capture options are then HD DPX frames or HD 444 (or SD) to tape.
