On Line Support
As a commitment to our continued improvement programme for service to customers with valid Support Contracts we have now introduced an on line support service:
Without interrupting the grading session, our service engineers can...
- securely log-in (SSL)
- remotely diagnose faults
- update Platinum software and firmware
- monitor sessions remotely
- retrieve logs and files
We can also screen share for assisting in engineering set-up and operator training.
Provided your PC is connected to the internet, we can set up an encrypted SSL connection without needing changes to your firewall, or even knowing your IP details. (Please note this facility is not available to IRIX based systems – in this event please email for a quote to upgrade to Linux)
The facility is available during normal UK support hours and only for customers with a valid Support agreement – to renew please send a mail with your POGLE serial number.
